What are your processing and handling times?

Our standard handling time is 1 Day. During this window, our warehouse team verifies your payment, carefully inspects the stitching and quality of your garments, packages them securely, and generates your carrier shipping label.

What is the daily order cut-off time?

Our daily order cut-off time is 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST), Monday through Friday.
Orders placed before 5:00 PM EST enter our processing queue that same business day.
Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST, or over weekends and national holidays, are processed starting on the immediate next business day.

How long will it take for my clothing to arrive?

Our standard transit time is 2-6 Days, depending on your proximity to our distribution hub in Texas. When you combine our 1-day handling time with the 2-6 day transit time, your total estimated delivery time is between 3-7 Days.

Which shipping carriers do you use?

To maintain high route reliability and security, we partner exclusively with established domestic infrastructure couriers: USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Our automated logistics software selects the optimal carrier for your specific delivery address at the time your shipping label is generated.

How can I track my package?

Within 24 hours of your package leaving our facility, we will send an automated Shipping Confirmation Email to the address used at checkout. This email contains your unique tracking number and a direct link to the carrier’s live tracking portal (USPS, UPS, or FedEx). Please allow 12-24 hours for the carrier to update their digital tracking milestones after receiving the email.

2. Cancellations & Order Modifications

Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?

You can cancel your order provided it has not entered our fulfillment queue. To request an immediate cancellation, email [email protected] with the subject line: URGENT: Cancel Order - [Your Order Number].
If your request is received after our 5:00 PM EST daily cut-off time and the package has already been handed over to USPS, UPS, or FedEx, we cannot halt the shipment. You will need to receive the parcel and initiate a standard free return.

Can I change my shipping address after submitting an order?

If you notice an address error (such as an incorrect zip code or a missing unit number like Apt 2005), please notify us immediately at [email protected]. If the package has not left our facility, we will update the shipping label manually. If the package has already been dispatched, we cannot alter the route, and you will need to contact the carrier directly.

Can I swap sizes, colors, or add items to an existing order?

To maintain processing efficiency, our system cannot substitute items, change sizes, or adjust color variants within an existing completed order. 3. Returns, Exchanges, & Refunds

What is your return window?

We offer an extended 60-Day Return Window. You have exactly 60 calendar days from the carrier-verified delivery timestamp to initiate a return request for your clothing items.

Are there any return or restocking fees?

No. Shopping at Tyeesha is entirely risk-free. We do not charge restocking fees, processing surcharges, or administrative fees. Furthermore, we provide a prepaid domestic shipping label for your return package, meaning return shipping is completely free.

What are the eligibility requirements for a return?

To qualify for a full refund, all women's clothing items must be returned in their original, unaltered condition: unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with all manufacturer price tags and fabric labels firmly attached. Items showing signs of wear, makeup stains, perfume scents, or pet hair will be disqualified.

How do I initiate a return?

  2. Receive your prepaid shipping label and Return Authorization slip via email within 24 hours.
